Our Hospital Birth class is 7 sessions that are specifically designed for those who are choosing to birth in a hospital setting. This class gives you the ability to make informed decisions as your birth unfolds. This class gives you more information, tools, and preparation than the average hospital class and will set you and your partner up for success! We cover topics that are specific to this birth place such as induction, policies that impact your birth, and epidurals. This class also covers the stages of labor, comfort measures, relaxation, natural ways of handling pain, and tips and tricks for partners. We want you both to feel confident and ready for the birth of your little one!

  • This is a 7 week class

  • Each class is 2.5 hours - 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm

This is your manual for early parenthood! Topics include breastfeeding newborn procedures, baby wearing, safe sleep, postpartum topics, and baby comfort techniques to help you and your partner get off to a great start with your new baby.
