Are you planning to birth in the hospital, but want more than the class at your local hospital?
Our Hospital Birth class is 7 sessions that are specifically designed for those who are choosing to birth in a hospital setting. This class gives you the ability to make informed decisions as your birth unfolds. This class gives you more information, tools, and preparation than the average hospital class and will set you and your partner up for success! We cover topics that are specific to this birth place such as induction, policies that impact your birth, and epidurals. This class also covers the stages of labor, comfort measures, relaxation, natural ways of handling pain, and tips and tricks for partners. We want you both to feel confident and ready for the birth of your little one!

Each class is 2.5 hours - 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Are you planning to give birth at home or a birth center? This class is designed with you in mind.
Only about 2% of births happen out of the hospital. This puts you in a unique position and requires specific information to prepare for your birth. Our Home & Birth Center class is 6 sessions that is perfect for those planning an out-of-hospital birth. This class dives right in starting with stages of labor and giving you tools for your natural birth. We discuss natural ways of handling pain, the importance of relaxation as the key to an unmedicated birth, and how your partner can make a difference in your birth experience. We also discuss transfer, epidurals, and cesarean sections in the event that medical assistance becomes necessary. This class will build knowledge and confidence for you and your partner to have an amazing home or birth center birth! Prepare for your out-of-hospital birth while lowering your chances of needing interventions. Includes Life With Your New Baby Workshop!

Life With Your New Baby!
This is your manual for early parenthood! Topics include breastfeeding newborn procedures, baby wearing, safe sleep, postpartum topics, and baby comfort techniques to help you and your partner get off to a great start with your new baby.

Hybrid Comprehensive Class
This 10 week virtual class covers everything you need to know about birth, baby, and breastfeeding and right from your own home. If you desire an unmedicated birth, are first-time parents, or are preparing for a VBAC, this class will prepare you on all levels – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Topics include nutrition, exercise, building your birth team, stages of labor, relaxation, comfort measures, preparing your partner, birth plans, newborn procedures, parenting techniques, and much more! This class is perfect for all birth locations - hospital, birth center, or home birth. Includes one year access to our FREE online breastfeeding class. A full color student workbook and teaching tools will be shipped to you.
